"No don't "cried Ash but it was too late, Ryu grabed the Golden egg of the gleaming Diamond pedistal
it rested on.
"What?!, Your just a chicken" Laughed Ryu. rummble.......cutting his laughter short was a deep rumbleling
sound...."ummm, hehe.." He turned around and where the golden egg had rested not even a moment ago was gone. It had
sunk deep into the ground. Then a loud Cracking sound made him look up. " uhoh" he gulped.
"I warned you" Ash growled, Lets Get out of here!"
They took off and not a moment too soon a bolder the size of a Transite Bus came crashing down behind
them right where Ryu was standing. They flew through the cave at unbelieveable high speeds, but then a rock chipped of
of the massive boulder and struck Ryu's wing making him crash into the ground. The opening was just a short distance away
but the floor began to split open between him and the door. He couldn't fly but luckly because of his habit of watching Indiana
Jones movies he had a whip. He grabed it and swung it towards a large tree root that was growing out of the top of the cave.
swinging over just as the boulder reached him. He ran outside gasping for breath.
"Jeez who would have thought that stuff happens outside of the movies." Gasped Ryu.
" I warned you but you had to play hero" Ash remarked preening his feathers.
"Ha, if I want to be a hero like Indiana I gotta take risks" smirking he ruffed Ash's feathers on
his head.
"Hey!, don't, you were lucky enough to have survived." Ash said smoothing the tanged mess .
"Its just a brused wing, It'll heal."
" It could have been worse"
"I still would have done it you know that by now" Sighed Ryu as he tenderly bandaged his wing."
Just because I have fairly small wings does not mean anything"

"I know, I know, I was built for Manuverbility. I'm good at that too." He smirked.
Ryu pulled out the delicate golden egg from the pouch on his waist. "It was worth it any way."
